Code & Permit Violation Resolution

A notice of violation or a stop-work order usually comes with a deadline. We review the notice with you, explain what the code enforcement or building department is asking for, and lay out the options.

Many violations are resolved by applying for an after-the-fact permit, completing corrective work, and passing the required inspections. We prepare the paperwork and coordinate those steps.
